I brought my car to Lent's for some minor work. 1st, they work directly with my insurance, State Farm, who actually have an office right in the shop. The women, Laurel & Dawn, were both excellent to work with. Very courteous, professional, and communicative with what needed to be done with my vehicle and what was completed. We were on a tight schedule as we're moving and they were able to get my car done in 3 days instead of the projected 5. Excellent, excellent service!!

We had some work done on our MINI countryman. This was a really great experience and I was compelled to want to share. Dawn, Dylan and staff are phenomenal. Very friendly, helpful, informative and accomdating.
I was initially worried because I'm very protective of my MINI.
Your first impression, the building and office, is not your stereotypical dirty, greasy body shop. It's clean, the staff is dressed professionally and really welcoming. The same can't be said for the import shop Portland MINI referred me to.
The location is convenient and Hertz is just around the corner for a rental.
The work itself? Just as you'd expect. You'd had no idea that there was any damage to your car. Just like new.
The communication was fantastic, I got updates the entire time my car was with them.
Integrity- when we picked up our car initially, Dylan noticed there was an issue with some paint that we didn't notice. We were able to bring back the car at our convenience and they took car of it and provided us a rental.
While I hope I won't need any repairs to my car again, I'm most definitely returning to Lents Bodyshop if I do.

As a State Farm customer, I worked with Ron, who was so great! He has fast, accurate and did what he could and needed to get me the best service. I then worked with Dawn to schedule my repair and she was so pleasant and ensured they could have my vehicle completed in the time frame I needed. She also gave me options on where to get a rental car and the pros of each. Excellent experience here!

We got 5+ star service from this place. A big shout out goes to Dylan. He made a very stressful situation less-so. From start to finish, he communicated with us at every step of the way. When our truck started to make some strange noise coming from under the hood a few weeks after our repair, we took it in and it was fixed immediately. After we noticed yet another noise, we took it in and Dylan took care of it right away--Apologized for the inconvenience and even drove it to our home after the work was finished. I am hoping no more problems, but if there are, we know they will help us out.
